Son Heng Interiors was nominated as the Interior-Fitting Out specialist for the Addition and Alteration works to the existing 6-storey Institute of Material Research and Engineering (IMRE) building. The Addition and Alteration works include drywall partitions and ceiling works, wall cladding, lift wall cladding, off-form finishes cladding, floor finishes, loose furniture, system furniture, built-in cabinetry and donor wall feature.

Despite the extensive job scope, Son Heng Interiors managed to complete works within five short months.
