This project is situated in National University of Singapore, Prince George Park Residences 2 Blocks 5, 6, 7 and 8. Son Heng Interiors was nominated as the main contractor for the upgrading works to the 4 blocks. This project was split into 2 phases, with 2 hostel blocks consisting of 6 storeys upgraded concurrently.

Each hostel rooms comes with its own toilet, and each level has its cluster kitchen to cater for all students staying in that level.

Works in this project consisted of all builder and MEP works, including demolition, vinyl and tile flooring, tiling works to the wall, painting works, removing and reinstalling sanitary wares, built-in and loose furniture, electrical and lighting fixtures. The challenges of the project includes running the programme while controlling the noise levels generated by the upgrading works to minimise disturbance to students in other residential blocks.
