Founded in 2001, Son Heng Interiors is a leading interior fit-out specialist committed to delivering high-quality and sustainable solutions. We blend craftsmanship with innovation to create functional, aesthetically refined spaces that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

What began as a small team with a shared passion for interior excellence has grown into a dynamic operation of over 50 skilled professionals. With headquarters located at Zervex, a supporting manufacturing facility at Kaki Bukit Industrial Park, and a dedicated 1-acre manufacturing facility in Johor Bahru, we serve clients seamlessly each step of the way.

Our capabilities span from custom-built furniture and cabinetry to full-spectrum interior fit-out works for healthcare, education, and commercial spaces. Every project is executed with precision — driven by our in-house BIM experts, stringent quality controls from our Project Managers to in-house QAQC team, and a deep respect for sustainable practices.

At Son Heng Interiors, we believe great spaces are built on trust, craftsmanship, and long-term partnerships. We are proud to have contributed to prominent projects such as Woodlands Health Campus, Changi General Hospital, and various institutions such as National University of Singapore, Singapore Management University, and Singapore Institute of Technology.

Son Heng Interiors operates complying to the British Standard Institution (BSI) under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
We are also registered with  Gebiz as Expenditure and Policies Procurement Unit (EPPU) Supplier with a grading of S7, and registered with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) for General Building with a grade of C3 and Interior Decoration and Finishing Works with a grade of L5.

Son Heng Interiors was awarded Platinum Award for the BCA BIM Awards in 2016 as the interior fit-out specialist for the Changi General Hospital Medical Centre. The stringent work on all projects has earned Son Heng Interiors the bizSAFE Level Star and the Asia Excellence Award in 2013.

Interior Fitting-Out

Son Heng Interiors customizes loose furniture and cabinetry according to site measurements and the needs of the users. The exact dimensions of the each furniture and cabinet will be taken before the start of fabrication to ensure precision. To help users visualise end products, Son Heng Interiors has its own team of in-house Building Information Modelling (BIM) designers that produces accurate drawing with exact finishes. Project supervisors and managers will be involved in every step of the process, committed to be involved till completion, ensuring a successful handover in all projects.

Addition and Alteration

With the expansion of the factory, Son Heng Interiors is capable of handling projects of various magnitude, including addition and alterations work. Ranging from shopfront renovation to schools, the strengths of Son Heng Interiors are best displayed by its eagerness to take on projects and challenges posed by clients, acceding to all requests and attempting to accomplish it. Our willingness to accept challenges and tackle them has helped earned admiration from its customers and helped it to achieve success along the way.

Loose Furniture

Son Heng Interiors is committed to satisfy the needs of the users and their space limitations. The materials and specifications such as density of the foam and upholstery finishes can be tailored to suit the end users, allowing a great flexibility in the different designs of armchairs and low ottomans. The size of each piece of furniture can be modified to the users’ desired dimensions.

System Furniture

Other than customizing loose furniture, Son Heng Interiors also provides system furniture to institutions and offices. The requirements of the users will be taken into consideration, including the finishes of the table top and the size of the cable management tray and flip-up panel. Additionally, users can choose among different accessories such as whiteboard panels and shelves to be added on, increasing productivity in the office with the amount of storage available.
